Built-in 2019 our blacksmithing shop is part of the larger Lake of the Ozarks Scout Reservation, the local camp for the Boy Scouts of America.

The 3,900 sq foot blacksmithing shop includes 12 anvils, 4 gas forges, coal forge, 5 welders, plasma cutter, treadle hammer, power hammer, belt sanders, stone grinders, chop saws, a plethora of hand tools and tongs.

Our classes are for those interested in learning metalwork, welding, fabrication, and woodworking. Each class is a fundraiser with proceeds supporting the Scouting America, Great Rivers Council.

You cannot dream yourself into character.
You must hammer and forge it yourself.
